As a member of the team, responsible for team deliverables and providing technical guidance. Having people management experience will be an advantage along with core product development experience

Responsibilities

• Overall, 5-6years of experience
• Own team delivery, priorities, timelines, and quality.
• Provide technical direction and remove blockers.
• Set goals, coach engineers, and manage performance.
• Coordinate dependencies and communicate risks.
• Support hiring, onboarding, and team development.
• 1-2 years of experience in people management
• 3-4 years of Core development experience
