Securities Services -Complex Assets Client Change - Associate

As a Project Manager within Securities Services Complex Assets Client Change, you will work with clients and fund managers to deliver client change requests and new instrument setup across OTC derivatives, CFDs and FFX into JPMorganChase Fund Accounting and Middle Office platforms. The team manages client change into the Operations infrastructure globally, ensuring controlled delivery and operational readiness.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead client change requests end-to-end, partnering with Clients, Operations and Technology to ensure timely and accurate delivery and operational readiness; support onboarding as needed.
• Project manage multiple requests in parallel across initiation, planning, requirements, execution and implementation.
• Coordinate end-to-end system setup across the technology stack (e.g., static data setup), including file integration to minimum data requirements, raising Jira tickets, and coordinating historical position loads (CFD/OTC) as required.
• Provide clear stakeholder communication and status reporting, including updates in firmwide tracking tools (e.g., SharePoint).
• Translate operational/business needs into requirements for Technology, and liaise with Tech teams to deliver any required platform or process changes.
• Leverage AI (using approved firm tools/processes) to improve productivity and quality in delivery, documentation and reporting.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Project delivery / project management and/or business analysis experience.
• Understanding of one or more: OTC derivatives, CFDs and/or FFX.
• Experience delivering middle/back office projects and working across Operations and Technology stakeholders.
