You will work closely with internal teams such as Media Planning, Account Management, Trading, and Finance, helping to ensure campaigns are launched on time, set up correctly, and aligned with performance and billing requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience with ad platforms (such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, and Meta Ads Manager), and the ability to troubleshoot campaign setup issues.
Your contribution will support the success of campaigns by maintaining operational excellence and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive accurate execution and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end campaign setup, including trafficking creatives, assigning placements, and configuring campaign settings across ad servers and DSPs.
- Support media execution across platforms such as Google Ad Manager, DV360, The Trade Desk, and social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
- Implement audience targeting, creative rotations, frequency caps, and tracking tags accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform detailed QA checks on trafficking documents, tags, creative assets, and placements to ensure error-free campaign launches.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues related to tag mismatches, creative specifications, and delivery or tracking discrepancies.
- Leverage client management abilities when working closely with third-party verification partners such as MOAT, IAS, and DoubleVerify.
- Ensure campaign setups align with media budgets, billing structures, and client expectations through effective project management.
- Collaborate with Finance and Account Management teams to reconcile discrepancies between planned and actual spend.
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaign setups and assist in invoicing and billing processes.
- Employ strong sales and communication skills to collaborate cross-functionally with Media Planning, Trading, Sales, Creative, and Finance teams to align on execution timelines and delivery expectations.
- Continuously stay updated with relevant ad tech tools, trafficking standards, and QA best practices to ensure platform compliance and operational consistency.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Communications, or a related technical field.
- 4–6 years of experience in digital or programmatic media execution, preferably in an agency or in-house media operations role.
- Hands-on experience working with major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), ad servers (Google Ad Manager), and social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, etc.).
- Familiarity with third-party verification vendors such as MOAT, IAS, DoubleVerify, and understanding of tag specifications, brand lift studies, and measurement solutions.
- Strong technical knowledge and familiarity with tech stack tools and integrations to troubleshoot creative and tagging issues, delivery discrepancies, and tracking setup.
- Solid understanding of digital media concepts including brand safety, viewability, invalid traffic (IVT), performance marketing, and relevant performance metrics.
- Adept at creative and content review skills to ensure compliance and effectiveness of campaign assets.
- Deep client and category business understanding to better align campaign strategies with overall business goals.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; capable of effectively collaborating across teams and clearly communicating technical concepts.
