ML Data Associate-I (Fixed Term Contract), FAI KFE - Leafrog

• Work on defined set of instructions to collect ground truth data for the product development.
• Perform execution and report results accurately.
• Understand procedures and guidelines for new tasks / releases
• Perform repetitive exercises based on the dynamic instructions without compromising on quality
• Use software tools for data capture and comply with the processes of the organization on a daily basis
• Be comfortable with capturing results, communicating and escalating failures and providing individual status reports and adhering to Productivity and Quality base lines.
• Raising all failures/doubts related to the execution in the portal and closing the same as per the SLA’s
• Own the daily targets against internal and external dependencies.

Basic qualifications

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
- Education qualification (High School or equivalent diploma * May vary in other locations like India)
- C1+ or equivalent fluency in English language (Specify by location and locale)
- Basic writing skills with ability to compose clear emails and simple business documents
- Good reading comprehension and active listening abilities
- Basic problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to follow multi-step instructions accurately
- Basic research capabilities using common search tools
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional communication manner when interacting with others

Preferred qualifications

- Experience with basic data entry and documentation
- Familiarity with common business software
- 2+ years of previous internship or relevant work experience
- Basic understanding of business operations
