Before you apply

1. Check it is still open. We found this job on IBM's IBM Careers site on 5 November 2026 and checked it again 7 November at 5:47 am IST. When an employer takes a job down, we remove it at our next daily update.
2. Plan the commute. This is a hybrid role based in Kolkata. Ask how many days a week you would be expected in the office.
3. Tailor your resume. Use the advert's own words, such as SAP, wherever they are true for you. Our resume guide shows how.
4. Know your notice period. If you are working now, recruiters will ask how soon you can join. Work out your last working day with our notice period calculator, and read our guide to notice periods and resigning.
5. Understand any offer. The CTC in an offer letter is not what reaches your bank account each month. Our CTC to in-hand salary calculator gives a rough monthly figure, and our CTC guide explains each part.
6. Apply only through IBM's own site. Our Apply button goes straight to IBM's IBM Careers page. If anyone asks you to pay a registration fee, training fee or security deposit for this job, stop and check it with our scam checker. Read how to spot a fake job offer.
